About Colleen Cullen (She/Her)
Colleen Cullen, LISW-CP, helps adults and older adults throughout South Carolina build resilience, navigate change, and improve their emotional well-being is the focus of Colleen Cullenâs work at LifeStance Health. She provides individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and case management services for adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Colleen approaches therapy as a collaborative process, creating a supportive space where clients can explore difficult experiences, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies for lasting growth. A particular area of passion for Colleen is helping individuals through grief, midlife transitions, and later life transitions. Major life changes, whether anticipated or unexpected, can bring stress, uncertainty, and emotional pain. Colleen works with clients to process losses, adapt to changing circumstances, and find renewed meaning and purpose. Her goal is to help people move through these transitions with greater confidence, self-awareness, and emotional balance. In her clinical practice, Colleen also supports adults facing anxiety, depression, and couples issues, while offering care for a wide range of additional mental health concerns. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Drawing from these therapeutic modalities, she tailors treatment plans to each client’s unique needs, helping them develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and improve overall quality of life. Colleen’s experience and clinical training allows her to provide compassionate, individualized care grounded in proven therapeutic practices. Outside of her professional role, Colleen enjoys running, reading, crafting, and sewing. These interests reflect the creativity, dedication, and balance she encourages clients to cultivate in their own lives.
