Rachel Hyatt helps children, teens, adults, and seniors throughout Utah navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. As a provisionally licensed Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, group therapy, and case management services tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Rachel works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and school-related difficulties, helping patients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and improve daily functioning. Rachel is especially passionate about supporting children and teens struggling with behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and school avoidance. She understands how anxiety, trauma, and academic stress can impact a child’s sense of safety, self-esteem, and relationships at home and school. Rachel also enjoys helping women navigate postpartum mental health concerns and life transitions with greater support and emotional balance. Her approach emphasizes creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where patients feel understood and empowered throughout the therapy process. Her therapeutic style combines empathy with practical skill-building using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and parenting support strategies. Rachel works collaboratively with patients and families to help improve communication, manage stress, and develop healthier emotional patterns. While her primary focus includes anxiety, trauma, and childhood behavioral concerns, she also supports patients facing a variety of additional mental health challenges across different stages of life. Rachel earned her education from the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. Since beginning her clinical work in 2024, she has remained committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care that helps individuals feel supported while working toward meaningful personal growth. Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys working out, watching Netflix, and taking her dogs to the dog park. She values the importance of balance, connection, and self-care, and brings that perspective into her work with patients.

Rachel Hyatt provides services with supervision.
