Kylee Killian helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Utah navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical support. As a provisionally licensed social worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional concerns. Kylee believes that meaningful growth begins with feeling understood, and she creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop skills that support lasting well-being. Kylee is especially passionate about helping individuals work through PTSD and trauma, as well as challenges related to spirituality transitions. She understands that trauma and major shifts in personal beliefs or identity can deeply affect emotional health, relationships, and a person’s sense of self. Her therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients process difficult experiences, rediscover personal strengths, and move toward healing with greater confidence and clarity. In her work, Kylee commonly supports clients facing anxiety, depression, and grief, while also helping individuals manage concerns such as childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, gender identity exploration, postpartum depression and anxiety, and midlife transitions. She has experience serving teens, members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, women, and others seeking support through life changes and emotional challenges. Her evidence-based approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and additional therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. Kylee values creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to identify goals, gain new perspectives, and build meaningful coping strategies. She is also able to provide services in American Sign Language, helping expand access to mental health care for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Outside of her clinical work, Kylee enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with dogs, being outdoors, and baking warm chocolate chip cookies for family and friends.

Kylee Killian provides services with supervision.
