Thank you so much, I had 2 different doctors, at the beginning I saw one and my experience was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, he moved for a different position so I started with a new doctor Hector Caballero is great he speaks 2 different languages, my is Spanish, so I really appreciate Hector, he is great and of course my gratitude as well for my first Doctor, Thank you so much for your help and understanding.

At first, I was frustrated to not being able to quickly get a hold of a physical person over the phone, but I ended up realizing that this is because Lifestance Health is very notorious and dedicated to serving equally each of its patients. I've been particularly impressed by Keira's professionalism and hard work. She's been very supportive during a hard and depressing period of my life.

The receptionist, was great I forgot to update my telephone number, And I thought about the last minute, So I called them and gave my new number, and my doctor call me right away. I was very angry when I couldn’t get it in touch with my doctor, I was happy when I heard from him because I needed my medicine.

The receptionist was very professional, allowing me to read ALL my paper work before my appointment. I needed to know what I was signing, how it was getting paid, and what type of control I had over my privacy. My appointment was rescheduled BUT the admin was very understanding of my concerns
