Listened to my issues and helped me out day 1. I really appreciate all the help I have received from Lisa Mann. She listens and does not make me feel rushed, and has been right there helping me the whole time. She also does not just give a prescription like some do, she let's me know the benefits and side effects to help us make the best choice for my mental health. I truly appreciate all that has been done for me since my first appointment.

I had my first appt with PA Lisa Mann this morning. I’ve been very stressed with the thought of changing my mental health provider/treatment plan because of a change in my insurance. Miss Mann was incredibly accommodating and professional, I could tell immediately that she’s dedicated to her field, and cares about her patients. I left my appt. feeling motivated and at ease, confident that she’ll be a great asset in continuing my health and well being moving forward. 5 out of 5 would recommend to others.

Dr. Hector Diaz is an outstanding psychiatrist. I’ve been to numerous different psychiatrists over the years because I move frequently and I have never found a psychiatrist as caring and compassionate as Dr. Diaz. I sometimes go out of state for several months at a time and this particular psychiatrist has been more than willing to work with me to coordinate the logistics of making sure I don’t run out of medication. Last week I messaged him through the patient portal and not only did he get back to me the very next day, but he even scheduled an impromptu virtual appointment for the following morning to make sure I was taken care of. This kind of attentiveness to patient needs is extremely rare.

It took me a while to find a psychiatrist & with everything still online these days, I wasn't sure if I was going to find a place I like but I did. LifeStance Health is wonderful. I have had only the best experience here with my psychiatrist. I feel listened to & heard when discussing the things going on in my life and don't have to wait around to get treatment which is nice!

When I first started, I didn’t know where my life was going, but I was doing I felt depressed I felt at a place brain fog hated myself. But since I started therapy with my therapist, she has helped me in so many ways. She has open things that I never could imagine, I’m now seeing things better. I know I’m in Porten. I know she’s there if I ever need her if anybody needs a therapist or some place to talk I recommend this place it is the best place. The people are nice. The staff is great always get the nicest people when I call I just make you feel very important. And I just love them all. I think them for my sanity I think them for listening to me make me feel important and give me back my life.
