Great practice, nice people, and a convenient way to get help! Whether it's in person at their lovely office in Rehoboth or offering follow up tele health - there's no reason not to get the help you need. I was experiencing issues dealing with grief, major life changes, and just needed someone to listen & help guide my thoughts onto a more positive perspective. You don't have to go it alone. Sometimes you just need someone impartial to help you see the situation clearly. Found an amazing ally and therapist in Amanda Mahony Albanese. She is kind, patient, funny, and has great books to recommend for further help and reading! Would highly recommend this practice for anyone going through a rough time. After I finally retired and settled in Delaware from Pennsylvania, I had to find a psychiatrist. I did my due diligence and found LifeStance. Dr. Shiu set up an appointment for a meet and greet and I knew immediately that this was a nice fit for me. The offices are beautiful, clean and professional. Dr. Shiu is very professional, great listener and we worked together to go over my meds. I am happy with my treatment. Give LifeStance a try I'm glad I did. P.S. Dr. Shiu has a grest sense of humor too.

Dr. Shi and Nancy Powell are excellent at their jobs. Dr. Shi lowered one of my meds due to side effects. She monitors me closely. Recently added another med for adult adhd- add part and it has been very helpful. Nancy Powell is my therapist. She has extensive knowledge and experience in helping those who are in recovery and work the 12 steps. She asks thought provoking questions, listens, and is helpful. Highly recommend this office.
