How was my experience with LifeStance Health? Making sure their claims are paid is one thing but having to actually check my own self in there is another! I'm an agent for a corporation who's CEO was murdered in broad daylight. It's no secret who it is, meanwhile those of us still living without an overly generous salary of $10 million a year, where do we go for help? I'll choose my words carefully because this review is from me personally and not on behalf of an entity or corporation. Treat it as such. Mental illness is at an all time high and resources aren't easily made available to those in need of assistance. This brings me to writing a review and honestly sharing my own personal journey. I've experienced more trauma than I care to count and as well as every immediate family member has passed within the last 5 years. I wanted to pass too for lack of a better way of putting it and began to self destruct (starving myself, not sleeping etc). DR. ZICOLE BROWNE is the elixir of LIFE after hell on earth. You will be treated as an individual and not a number. That's rare to find when getting help from one of the largest network of providers!!! Not treating someone like a number takes authenticity. Mental illness is at an all time high and getting help for yourself isn't encouraged or celebrated but more like a stigma or label attached to a person seeing Psychiatrist. It doesn't make you crazy, NOT SEEING ONE; however, will! Hats off and every curtsy to Dr. Zicole Browne for helping me get back (and maintain) my sanity. LifeStance Health, thank you as well. Celebrate life by living it!

Brittany Johnson has been an incredible therapist and a truly supportive presence in my life. She creates a safe, welcoming space where it’s easy to open up and talk honestly without feeling judged. Brittany listens carefully, offers thoughtful insight, and helps break down challenges in a way that feels manageable and constructive. What I appreciate most is how genuine and compassionate she is. At the same time, she’s also very straightforward when she needs to be. She isn’t afraid to respectfully challenge you or point things out when you might be avoiding the truth, and that honesty has been incredibly helpful for my growth. She holds you accountable while still being supportive and understanding. Each session leaves me feeling heard, supported, and more equipped to handle things in my life. I’m very grateful for the guidance and encouragement Brittany has given me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is compassionate, insightful, and honest when it matters.

Dr Sebastain has been so kind to me and my family. Two years ago I had a stroke and had a very hard time recovering.
