About Alicia Munoz (She/Her)
Alicia Munoz, PMHNP-BC, supports individuals across Oregon with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care rooted in respect, curiosity, and connection. Through a thoughtful integration of medication management and individual therapy, she works collaboratively with clients to address emotional and behavioral challenges while helping them move toward meaningful personal goals. Alicia serves a wide range of age groups, including teens, adults, and older adults, and is dedicated to creating a warm, affirming space for healing and growth.

Her clinical focus includes anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, and substance use issues. Alicia also works with individuals experiencing psychosis, sleep disturbances, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She draws on mindfulness-based practices and trauma-informed care, offering a grounded, person-centered approach to mental health treatment. With both prescriptive expertise and therapeutic skill, Alicia supports clients in making sustainable progress with both emotional regulation and daily functioning. Alicia has deep experience working with diverse populations, including neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those with developmental disabilities. Her person-centered approach to care values authenticity, dignity, and the unique cultural identities of each client. Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Alicia finds balance through creative expression and connection with nature. She enjoys painting, drawing, and cooking, as well as outdoor activities like backpacking, skiing, and running. Time with loved ones—and her 2 cats — keeps her grounded and present in both life and clinical care
