As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I specialize in helping my adult clients explore whether medication could help alleviate their current symptoms and struggles. For over ten years I have partnered with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, and many other difficulties and life challenges. Reaching out for help is an important step in making your health and happiness a priority. In our relationships with all health providers, the quality of that relationship is very important. My priority is to build our relationship based on mutual respect and I will highly value your input and insight into your background, current stressors and other medical issues you may be managing. I have seen multiple practitioner for this Practice and have been absolutely amazing by the level of care and compassionate I received from everybody. Dr. Wexler and nurse Marshall have been absolutely wonderful and I can’t say enough good. I would recommend these folks to anybody looking for counseling or medication management.

Mellissa has been very patient with me regarding my lack of tech ability . Getting used to the virtual visits is taking time. Feel like we’re making good progress. I’m very glad to be getting connected to Mellissa and Lifestance.
