Kasey Vance helps patients regain stability, focus, and emotional balance through thoughtful psychiatric medication management tailored to their needs. She serves children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Tennessee, providing care through LifeStance Health with an approach that blends compassion, clinical precision, and respect for each patient’s lived experience. Kasey works collaboratively with patients and families to support symptom relief and long-term mental wellness. As a psychiatric prescriber, Kasey specializes in medication management for ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depression, with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from school-age children navigating attention and behavioral challenges to adults facing mood disorders and life transitions. She provides care for children and adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults, carefully monitoring treatment response and adjusting medications to promote safety, effectiveness, and quality of life. Her practice also addresses co-occurring concerns and offers additional areas of focus based on individual needs. Kasey is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex clinical and legal circumstances. She has focused experience working with patients recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization, those involved in court-ordered treatment or current legal matters, and individuals requiring disability-related psychiatric documentation. This work is grounded in clear communication, thorough assessment, and continuity of care during high-stress transitions, helping patients move forward with stability and appropriate clinical support. She serves diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, military members and veterans, and first responders. In addition to medication management, Kasey incorporates evidence-based, trauma-informed principles and collaborates with therapy teams as needed. When appropriate, she also participates in care that includes psychological testing and comprehensive evaluations to inform accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Outside of work, Kasey enjoys spending time with her three boys, traveling, gardening, relaxing on the lake, and being with her Doodle dog, Dutton. She is proud to serve individuals and families throughout Tennessee and is committed to accessible, high-quality psychiatric care.
