Psychiatry in Knoxville, Tennessee Noelle Pease, Nurse Practitioner

Noelle received her BSN from Tennessee Wesleyan University and MSN from Lincoln Memorial University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career working with the pediatric population gaining experience with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders and family centered approach to patient care. After 7 years in the nursing field she decided to further pursue her education in the mental health field. She found a love of working with the geriatric population during her masters program and has enjoyed working in the skilled nursing/ long term care/ assisted living setting. Noelle has gained experience diagnosing and providing medication management for patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, sleep pattern disorders, psychotic disorders, and dementia related behaviors including impulse control, agitation, and restlessness. She is passionate about providing mental health services and extending access to psychiatric care to the community by providing treatment through psychiatric assessment, medication management and brief psychotherapeutic intervention for young adult and adult clients. Noelle believes in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidenced-based practice. Her goal for clients is to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment. Noelle enjoys spending her free time outside in the sun, playing with her dogs, and listening to live music.
