I love Suzanne W for medication management, and Wrynn as a therapist. I also really appreciate the patient portal, the ability to message your provider directly, options for online scheduling, and the fact that everyone seems to have fairly decent availability. My only complaint is that it’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone who is physically at your preferred office location. They use some kind of answering service and it’s hit or miss as to whether you’ll be able to get your questions answered by someone who actually knows what’s going on. It can be done, but it takes some phone maneuvering. That said, the person I spoke to a couple of weeks ago mentioned they are shifting away from that to make it easier on clients, so I assume that will get better. Overall I’d recommend LifeStance, especially if you need to get in to see someone and get established somewhere fairly quickly. I know some people who have had a less positive experience specifically with billing, but I’ve been goin there for two years or so and never have, so I’m guessing it just depends on who is in the office handling it on any given day.

To be honest, I was fairly skeptical and a bit hesitant to receive mental-healthcare services from an unfamiliar, novel, business platform…utilizing technological advancements to provide a safe, comfortable, therapeutic, and collaborative experience; during the moments in one’s life when they need the most support. I’m glad I stepped out into the unknown… ‘BINGO!!!; I hit the jackpot!’ For the first time, in this eventful lifetime, I finally found an authentic, independently heartfelt, support network, ambitiously passionate, competent, professional, and abundantly qualified specialists to come alongside and guide me into my best life! i receive both psychiatric care and therapy here and i’ve had good experiences with all of my providers. they listen to me, take my concerns seriously, and are really good about responding to patient portal messages. everyone i’ve seen has gone above and beyond for me to make sure i have what i need. i have recommended this place to many others, i wish all of my doctors listened to me the way staff here does. i know they are often overworked but they don’t show it, they just show up for us.

Lifestance is immensely important to the community. They offer so many services in the mental health arena. The place is great. Cant speak for everyone here but Marissa Penn made an impact where other clinics couldn’t. As a veteran, I’ve seen many therapists, but she helped me make real progress in a short time. Truly grateful and looking forward to continuing our path forward.
