Ashley values your input and tries her best to make your voice a focal point in your treatment journey. If you disagree on treatment options, Ashley will do her best to work with you and explain why she recommends certain medications/therapies. Ashley works alongside therapists, PCPs, pediatricians, and other healthcare workers to provide the most holistic care plan for you. She believes “less is best” and that you can combine diet, exercise, behavioral modification with therapy and psychotropic medications, to achieve the outcomes you aspire to achieve. Ashley firmly believes you enter her office because you are searching for help; so, she strives to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where you are free to discuss whatever life has thrown at you. Being genuine and sincere gets you a long way in any situation. You and Ashley are on this journey together!


Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her two boys, Ethan and Jaron. They have two cats named Jack and Johnny. She enjoys all things related to sports, especially TN football and basketball. She is also a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs!
