Dr. Hope provides psychological counseling and coaching for adults aged 18 and above utilizing science-backed approaches, including trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness and somatic processing, interpersonal therapy theory, and integrative health. Typical counseling issues include but are not limited to healing emotional wounds from the past, overcoming self-destructive thoughts and habits, improving family and personal relationships, moving forward after loss and grief, recovering from career burn-out, and finding joy in your life.
