Meet Threasa “Tee” Kluever, LCSW

Helping you rewrite your relationship with yourself, others, the world around you, and the stories that hold you back.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in a cycle of self-doubt or felt like you’re carrying more than you can hold — Tee offers a space where all of that is welcome. Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and centered around helping you feel truly seen and heard, just as you are.

Tee is especially passionate about working with people who are navigating life changes and grief, self-esteem and self-image challenges, and exploring ways to create more meaningful lives. She understands how intertwined experiences, thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and identity can be — and she helps clients gently untangle those threads to create a more compassionate, empowered relationship with themselves.

Her clients describe sessions with her as safe, supportive, and grounding — a space to speak freely, explore hard truths, and slowly build confidence and clarity. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, or learning to manage anxiety, Tee brings both skill and heart to the process, along with creative tools to assist clients with self-exploration and expression.

She has specialized training in grief work (Certified Grief Professional), trauma (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). She has expertise in treating eating disorders and substance use. She often works with adolescents and women in transitions, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people who want to address the complexities of being human in this world. Tee’s approach consists of treating the person, not any one specific concern. She works alongside her clients to identify the challenges that are holding them back from thriving and generating purposeful shifts in behaviors, thinking patterns and deregulating experiences to foster clients creating their meaningful lives.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll likely find her with her beloved pup, Sir Winston or reading a good memoir that dives deep into real human stories — just like the ones she’s honored to hold space for in her work.
