Ashley Mossey, LICSW, helps individuals across New Hampshire navigate life’s challenges with evidence-based therapy tailored to their unique needs. Through a warm, supportive approach grounded in clinical expertise, she works with adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors who are seeking to understand themselves better, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. Ashley specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She draws from a range of proven therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. Her goal is to help clients gain tools to manage distress, enhance their relationships, and build more fulfilling lives. Ashley welcomes individuals from the LGBTQ+ community and creates an affirming space for people of all identities and backgrounds. She is particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing disordered eating and body image concerns. Ashley uses Family-Based Treatment (FBT-informed) approaches for anorexia nervosa and supports individuals through a collaborative, compassionate process of recovery. She also has extensive experience supporting those managing ADHD and navigating life transitions—whether midlife, health-related, or related to aging. Outside of her clinical work, Ashley enjoys reading, paddleboarding on New Hampshire’s lakes, and gardening.
