My Therapist was very engaging, friendly and interested, She was very knowledgeable and explained things. I didn’t want someone to just listen to me, I wanted feedback and she did that. The only small negative was that sometimes I couldn’t understand her because of her accent, but, I will try to work through it.

I’ve tried so many therapists and Alba is the only one that hasn’t given up and understands my brain and how it works. I never thought I’d have hope like I do now. She doesn’t give up on you but you have to really be honest with yourself and she makes me feel that safety.

Great. She has been exactly who I needed. She has helped me deal with issues that I have carried my whole life. She has a great personality and an aura that says, “I care” and an understanding of what you are relating to her. I wouldn’t trade her for anyone.
