Laura Maxwell is a psychotherapist licensed to practice in Tennessee and Virginia. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Education from West Texas A&M University. She has experience working in various clinical settings, including community mental health, higher education, inpatient and private practice.
Laura specializes in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions. Her approach to psychotherapy is person-centered, empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-based.
