Jeannette Clarke, MA, LPC-MHSP,
About Jeannette Clarke
Jeannette Clarke helps adults and older adults across Tennessee build resilience, navigate life’s challenges, and find meaningful paths toward emotional wellness. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also supporting clients through a variety of mental health and life-transition challenges. Her approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes.
Jeannette works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting strategies for personal growth. She provides individual therapy and group therapy for adults experiencing emotional distress, relationship concerns, major life adjustments, and other mental health needs. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she treats a wide range of concerns and offers support for individuals navigating complex personal and emotional experiences.
A significant area of Jeannette’s clinical passion is helping individuals through life transitions. She is particularly dedicated to supporting adults facing midlife transitions, later life transitions, reproductive challenges, women’s issues, and grief. She understands that periods of change can bring uncertainty, loss, and stress, and she helps clients process these experiences while building confidence, purpose, and emotional balance.
Her therapeutic style integrates approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and faith-based treatment when aligned with a client’s values and preferences. By tailoring treatment to each individual, she helps clients strengthen emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and move toward their personal goals.
Outside of her professional work, Jeannette enjoys singing, dancing, cooking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. These activities reflect her belief in the importance of connection, balance, and overall well-being.
Jeannette earned degrees from Tennessee Technological University and Clayton State University and brings her knowledge and experience to the clients she serves at LifeStance Health. Individuals throughout Tennessee seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, women’s mental health concerns, or major life transitions can partner with her to pursue meaningful healing and growth.
