About Natasha Clay (She/Her)
Natasha Clay helps adults and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. Serving patients across Tennessee through LifeStance Health, she creates a welcoming environment where individuals can explore concerns, build resilience, and work toward meaningful emotional wellness. Natasha provides individual therapy, group therapy, and case management services for adults, including seniors, who are seeking support for a range of mental health and life transition concerns. A significant focus of Natasha’s work is helping people manage anxiety, depression, and grief. She understands that emotional struggles can affect every aspect of daily life and partners with patients to identify effective strategies for healing and growth. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, she helps patients develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall well-being. Natasha also offers support for additional mental health concerns and life challenges. Natasha is especially passionate about working with individuals experiencing later life transitions, midlife transitions, and the emotional impact of medical conditions or health-related concerns. Whether someone is adjusting to retirement, caregiving responsibilities, changes in health, or other major life events, she provides thoughtful guidance tailored to each person’s unique circumstances. Her goal is to help patients find clarity, adapt to change, and move forward with confidence and purpose. With a background in social work and training from Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee, Natasha brings a holistic perspective to treatment that considers the emotional, social, and practical factors influencing mental health. She is committed to delivering personalized care that respects each patient’s experiences, strengths, and goals. Outside of her clinical work, Natasha enjoys volunteering, attending live music performances, theater productions, and other arts events. She also loves traveling with friends and family and has always had a passion for singing. Through LifeStance Health, Natasha serves adults and older adults throughout Tennessee who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
