About Brinlee Benard (She/Her)
Brinlee Benard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah who has been practicing since 2017. Brinlee has worked with children and families in an intensive day treatment program working with kids/adolescents suffering from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, attachment disorders, conduct disorders, and trauma. She worked with these clients and their families as well as helped run group therapy sessions. Brinlee has also worked in outpatient for a few years working with kids and adolescents. She uses a lot of play therapy, CBT, and ART when working with clients. Brinlee likes to work with her clients and their families to work toward developing effective and healthy coping skills to better manage their day-to-day life. Outside of work, Brinlee enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
