Trinity Vercimak helps individuals and families across Utah build resilience, improve relationships, and move through life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. Her approach blends compassion with evidence-based care to support meaningful, lasting change. Trinity is especially experienced in treating anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma, offering structured, research-informed therapy tailored to each stage of life. She understands how symptoms such as inattention, emotional dysregulation, intrusive thoughts, and chronic stress can disrupt school, work, and relationships. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she helps clients strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and regain a sense of control. Trinity also provides Psychological Testing when clinically appropriate to clarify diagnoses and guide treatment planning. With extensive experience supporting children and adolescents—including young children ages 0–5—Trinity partners closely with parents to address childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and emotional regulation challenges. She incorporates Parent Child Interaction Therapy and practical parenting skills to foster healthier family dynamics. In addition to individual therapy, she offers couples therapy and family therapy to help partners and families communicate more effectively and rebuild connection. Trinity has worked with diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with developmental disabilities, and military/veterans. She offers additional support for concerns such as depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions, ensuring care is both inclusive and responsive to each client’s lived experience. Since beginning her practice in 2008, Trinity has remained committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys reading, hiking, camping, boating, and spending time outdoors—activities that reflect her belief in balance and connection as essential components of well-being.
