The nurse practitioner was very understanding, even though I was still not with my controlled substance. She understood we make some jokes. She was very friendly, very professional so appreciate that she refilled my medication and I’ve had like a month of searching for this to the medication she was African-American, which is a plus I have discrimination going on in my job so it’s really rough to talk to a person say well. I don’t understand racism so that’s why I wanted a black psychiatrist or nurse practitioner so I’m hoping it goes well and that they can get me off the control substance and move on to something more health conscious for me so I really enjoyed her. I think her cause I don’t wanna go cold turkey with the control option because of certain underlying factors in my health so God bless bye

Tele Med requires additional layers of skill and ability in order to be able to execute them.. Properly. Jacqueline Williams has the entire tool set. Pro Deluxe. More than I had expected, and everything that I needed to help the process along to successful completion, two months later. She did not say much. But she said the right thing at the right time. 🕯️

My appointment was very professional and empathetic. After telling my story to Ms Jackie, she asked me some reasonable questions and made a suggestion regarding 1 of my medications. She then immediately helped me with the other medications that my pain management doctor refused to prescribe. Jackie was warm and understanding.

Meghan Sutton did my EDRM therapy. She is an absolute godsend. I’ve gotten PTSD from 43 hospitalizations and four colorectal surgeries. She has Help me view things and I positive light. I feel great after every therapy session. Do yourself a favor and pick this place. They have done what the Mayo Clinic could not do.
