Updated on Tuesday, May 27, 2025: Recently, LifeStance Health has undergone many software platform changes that make it much harder on the patient. Anxiety-producing changes. Phreesia is meant to assist with regular updates, but this is truly harming patients. I don't say that lightly. I have a wonderful relationship with Katie Keeney, my 3 1/2-year relationship therapist; I have followed her from another company. I want to continue to see her. Chris Heilman, the operations manager, did reach out to me, as I had requested. He heard my complaint and spoke to how important client confidentiality is to Lifestance Health. I understand that Phreesia is here to stay, and it will take a learning curve for clients and all involved to adjust. He stated that all client records, billing, and medical insurance cards are all tied into Phreesia, making all client records very inclusive in one location. Knowing this approach makes it all worth having extra patience. Thank you.

I'm so grateful to have found my current psychiatrist, Brett Liefson. I was recommended him by a friend and while I was hesitant to switch, I'm so happy and grateful that I did. Brett uses a collaborative approach with patients and ensures you feel heard in your appointments. He cares for the well being of his clients demonstrated in how he addresses medication management. He helped me search for the most effective approach while keeping me on as few meds as possible. Additionally, he has consistently checked for understanding as we have worked through challenges and set goals for improving my mental health. In the time we've worked together, my mental health has never been better. I cannot recommend him enough to people searching for a mental health advocate. I'm so grateful that there are healthcare providers like him who are passionate about addressing mental health care in their communities by taking care of one patient at a time.

So I have been going to Lifestance for a couple years now. I’m happy to say that my experience with Kirby has always been amazing. I feel like I can really open up to him and allow him to help get through the Anxiety and Depression that I deal with on a day to day basis. I appreciate the feeling I get when I am with Kirby. He has given me a chance to truly express what I’m going through and I feel I’m in a good place here in Chandler, Arizona. thank you so much for helping me through life..

I’ve only been with this therapy group for a couple weeks but everyone is very kind, supportive and willing to listen and support me in whatever I need. I’m sincerely hopeful that this group of therapists and psychologists will be able to dig deeper into my mental health than others have. So far so good! And they take my insurance!! That takes a lot of anxiety off my shoulders already. Try them, I think you be pleased.

I'm so happy after many yrs of therapy .. I actually wish I found this pl yrs ago. I'm so appreciate of my therapist. He covers everything. I feel relieved after our session. They r so kind and understanding They actually do the job of a therapist and not a robotic. I'm super happy. Please if ur looking for a new r need to start therapy. This is totally tbe place. I am very happy with everything I have done at LifeStance. From meeting with a therapist online and having an easy time scheduling, to coming in person to follow up with something.
