Excellent, and very insightful. Much needed because the VA does not provide mental health therapy nor with any consistency as one would expect. Only limited at best, quality-wise or consistency-wise. LifeStance is excellent, and has people fully qualified. (I’m not putting down the V.A., as they have good, conscientious people there). They simply don’t have the funding they need. Add that the current government administration having stripped away funding for the VA and the American public is not bothered about that, the VA now has less people even on their suicide hotline). I am very grateful to LifeStance. They are highly qualified and really care in a world where so many in the country don’t.

What stands out most is their knowledge, professionalism, and sincerity. They take the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and apply their clinical expertise thoughtfully to each individual’s needs. I never feel rushed or dismissed. They provide the qualities that many people look for in outstanding mental health services: compassion, respect, excellent communication, clinical expertise, teamwork among providers, evidence-based treatment, and a genuine commitment to helping patients improve their quality of life. they are my last stop and trust. thanks very much for helping me....

Let me start by saying that the Therapist that I had , Miss B. was a godsend to me And I think her with every ounce of my being. The only problem I have with this outfit is the price you have to pay. If you have to cancel your appointment that is $100. I was very sick one day and had to cancel. They are a little difficult to get in touch with overall I would not trade my experience with my therapist for anything in this world. I was having a lot of trouble after my wife passed away and she helped me work through it..

My experience with my two therapist with Lifestance has been nothing short of amazing. Charlotte Chrisp, LISW-CP, is who I believe I've been needing for a long time now. I'm reassured more and more to my chances of regaining a sense of normalcy to what quality of life I have left. Scheduling is a breeze, and I am grateful that we have connected. God-willing she doesn't leave and/ or if she does, she's allowed to transfer me right along with her. She's just that good!!

The providers are very kind and very caring. They actually listen. I have been able to be myself and feel comfortable with them and know that I matter. They really care about you…they are authentic people and a great company. Not that many at this level. One of a kind service. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. Outstanding! Thank you.
