The Providers are extremely helpful and caring. Unfortunately it is difficult for me to get a link to join my appointment. I spend extra 20 minutes with the admin staff trying to get the link to join my appointments. This has happened 3 times making it stressful to get the links to join for my appointment. Today was mostly stressful and after 30 minutes of no improvement, I told the admin staff to forget it as my stress level has increased to 100%. So I missed my appointment today. I am thinking of quitting Lifestance and going somewhere in person.

The providers and staff are always helpful with questions and scheduling, especially with doing Telehealth appointments versus in office appointments. The missed appointment charge is a bit steep, but I understand it is to prevent people no-showing for an appointment and a missed opportunity for another patient to be worked in. I think think there could be a little bit more leeway for requiring rescheduled or cancelled appointments 24 hrs in advance, instead of 48 hrs in advance. Otherwise, great group!!

My name is Brenda Mitchell ,I've been with Dr Overton for about 1 yr. She's the most caring and most concerned Dr I have ever dealt with. She makes you feel that you are important and you're loved. She's a woman that has no problem telling you that she's praying for mu situation as well as my daughters situation and she's not her patient. 5 stars to Dr Angie Overton ✨️ ❤️

I have had two encounters with Lifestance so far. The appointment I had with my psychiatrist today was amazing. Listened to my concerns and voiced hers with no judgment whatsoever. The scheduling however is kind of a pain I am not able to cancel or reschedule appointments on my own. My overall experience has been great! Thank you LifeStance!

I want to say that Angela Overton is extremely professional and sincerely caring. She has been incredibly helpful to me during an extremely difficult time—I experienced the loss of both my brother and my mother within just three days. Her compassion and support meant so much, and I truly believe she is amazing. I highly recommend her.

My Therapist is very knowledgeable and caring. He understands what i was going through. Mr Freeman,Joshua....Thank you Mr Freeman for helping me!!
