I love that you can teleconference with your provider. I receive the help that I need and my physician goes above and beyond. She listens and points out other avenues that I may take as well as helping me control my medications. This is vitally important due to my many health conditions. I will say that I would deduct a point for the policy for canceling appointments. You must cancel within a 2 day timeframe or you receive a financial penalty. For those of us with chronic medical conditions we are unable to predict when we may need to cancel an appointment. The 90-100 dollar fee is quite steep and makes life harder to receive care on a fixed budget.

The Providers are extremely helpful and caring. Unfortunately it is difficult for me to get a link to join my appointment. I spend extra 20 minutes with the admin staff trying to get the link to join my appointments. This has happened 3 times making it stressful to get the links to join for my appointment. Today was mostly stressful and after 30 minutes of no improvement, I told the admin staff to forget it as my stress level has increased to 100%. So I missed my appointment today. I am thinking of quitting Lifestance and going somewhere in person.

The providers and staff are always helpful with questions and scheduling, especially with doing Telehealth appointments versus in office appointments. The missed appointment charge is a bit steep, but I understand it is to prevent people no-showing for an appointment and a missed opportunity for another patient to be worked in. I think think there could be a little bit more leeway for requiring rescheduled or cancelled appointments 24 hrs in advance, instead of 48 hrs in advance. Otherwise, great group!!

I have received medical treatment at Lifestance for over a year and all I have are good impressions and comments. From the admin staff walking the extra mile to get the answers to my questions, to the medical doctors and professionals listening to and evaluating our symptoms in order to make a timely and straight forward treatment. I strongly recommend Life Stance.

I have had two encounters with Lifestance so far. The appointment I had with my psychiatrist today was amazing. Listened to my concerns and voiced hers with no judgment whatsoever. The scheduling however is kind of a pain I am not able to cancel or reschedule appointments on my own. My overall experience has been great! Thank you LifeStance!
