In my experience, staff have always been knowledgeable, kind and efficient to accommodate appointments base on a schedule that works for me. There is always a human to help you book or reschedule appointments. !!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

The online system was easy to navigate. People who I talked to on the phone were efficient and helpful. They helped me choose a health worker who was kind, compassionate, and caring. She was also helpful and understanding!
