My experience has been very good. I have put off therapy for years, trying to ignore my issues and just keep moving. But I've learned throughout my therapy journey that issues and trauma needs to be addressed and not ignored. My therapist, Viki Burke, has been very instrumental in helping me to develop coping skills and work on turning my negative thoughts into positive ones. I'm still a work in progress and sometimes I have setbacks but I'm still moving forward. I appreciate my therapist and am grateful for the experience.

The NP that I'm seeing for medications is very helpful and caring. This is the first time that I have used a Zoom meeting every time I needed to see be seen; It's convenient and easy. Everyone at Lifestance that I have encountered are professional and polite. In my opinion, Lifestance is definitely something you may want to check out.
