This has been a really easy process for someone that ignores anything requiring elective effort. I feel more and more comfortable being myself after 3 sessions. I immediately felt genuine interest/care/dedication from my therapist, Hannah Glasrud. She truly listens, and reassures this by revisiting/following up with things so specific to me. She’s prompt/prepared/responsive/realistic and has validated my feelings more than anyone else. It’s obvious she continues to expand on her knowledge and keep herself informed with the modern world of developing mental health information. That shows she truly enjoys learning, values her greatness in the field and has real career passion for the way our brains work.

Was able to find a therapist who is really helpful and friendly. I’m glad that we can start doing our schedule now I’m taking a bigger step to be a better person to have my mental health healthy !!! I got a therapist quickly as soon as I apply, I was able Getting in Without having any charges, I only use my Medicaid!!!!

I am very happy with my counselor so far. I feel so well cared for. I am excited for my next session. My counselor gently pulled me back when I would find myself off topic. I have great hope that she will give me a new insight and some tools to cope with some of the issues and challenges I have been having.

I can not say enough good things about Alex and LifeStance health. She is a phenomenal therapist and the majority of people in my life in Colorado now also go to LifeStance. They make therapy convenient and easy by accepting most insurances and allowing for virtual appointments.

I hadn't had the best luck with finding a psychologist that understood me and made me feel seen and heard before. Hannah definitely changed all of that for me. She's a great listener and comes up with helpful insights and thought provoking questions.
