Alisha Schlabaugh, LCSW

Alisha Schlabaugh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah who has been practicing since 2021. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Utah Valley University. Alisha believes that healing comes in many forms, client-centered talk therapy being one of them. She has a passion for holistic health and healing the whole person, mind, body, and soul. Alisha says that one of the most precious parts of working in the mental health field is sitting with people in their most vulnerable moments and feels privileged to be a part of their healing journey. Alisha enjoys working with individuals and couples and has worked with people of all different ages and life circumstances. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Alisha has received training in suicide risk prevention, attachment theory, Gottman, couples therapy, and she is EMDR trained. Everyone needs someone to talk to without judgment, and Alisha provides a safe space for just that. Getting help takes courage, opening up about your most vulnerable stories is brave, and doing the work is not easy, but Alisha is here to help support you through the process as you find your way to the truest most beautiful version of yourself. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys learning about new things, reading, cleaning and organizing spaces, crafting and home improvement projects, yoga, and bike rides. She loves to sing and loves listening to live music or any music really! She loves traveling to new places and going on adventures!
