About Jacqueline Jensen (She/Her)

Jacqueline Jensen helps adults and older adults throughout Oregon navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical skill, and a practical focus on meaningful change. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns. Jacqueline works with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also offering support for many additional emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. Her approach is collaborative, helping patients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move toward their personal goals. A particular area of passion for Jacqueline is helping individuals facing major life transitions and complex emotional challenges. She enjoys supporting patients through later life transitions, midlife transitions, and women’s issues, recognizing that changes in identity, relationships, health, career, or family roles can create unique emotional stressors. Jacqueline works alongside her patients to better understand these experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and develop tools that promote long-term well-being and confidence. Jacqueline draws from evidence-based interventions tailored to each person’s needs. Her therapeutic approach may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among other therapeutic modalities. By creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, she helps patients explore concerns, process difficult experiences, and build healthier patterns for daily life and relationships. She earned her education from Washington State University and Lewis & Clark College. Outside of her clinical work, Jacqueline enjoys music, movies, and crafts, interests that help nurture creativity, balance, and personal connection.
