Mindfulness For Adults With ADHD Group in California

Are you an adult with ADHD looking for support, accountability, and practical strategies to thrive?

Group Overview:

A 10-week group therapy program designed to help adults with ADHD build mindfulness skills that can improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

Each week, participants will explore different mindfulness techniques, including practices that focus on breath, body sensations, sounds, and more. The group will also work on strategies to stay present in everyday situations, manage difficult emotions, and observe thought patterns without judgment.

Through a combination of guided exercises and group discussions, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their personal experiences with mindfulness, learn how to apply these practices in daily life, and explore the impact these techniques can have on their ADHD symptoms.

Benefits of the program may include improved focus, better emotional control, increased self-awareness, and stronger relationships with others. Participants may also experience a reduction in overall stress and a more balanced approach to handling challenges.

Participants: Adults of all ages, all gender identifications, and all sexual identities (LGBTQIA Friendly). All participants must have a previous diagnosis of ADHD.

When: Virtual Sessions on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. PST, starting February 11, 2025 and lasting 10 weeks. Registration deadline is Monday, February 10, 2025.

Cost: Insurance (excluding Kaiser) or self-pay in California
