From Doubt To Daring Caregivers Group in California
Feeling overextended, emotionally fatigued, or overwhelmed by changing family roles? This action-oriented group offers tools, guidance, support, and community for women caring for an aging parent.
Group Overview:
Participants will work toward:
- Increased confidence and healthier boundary-setting
- Improved stress management and emotional regulation
- More balanced and supportive thought patterns
- Meaningful connection and peer support
Participants: *All who identify as women and are ages 40+.
*This group is not recommended for individuals with personality disorders
Cost: Insurance (excluding Kaiser) and self-pay
When: Virtual on Tuesdays from 12 to 1 p.m., starting February 17, 2026
