Depression Support Group in California
This group offers a supportive space to help reduce feelings of isolation, build meaningful connections, and develop effective coping skills.
Group Focus:
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), participants will learn to identify and reframe negative thought patterns while improving interpersonal relationships. The group emphasizes breaking down overwhelming tasks into manageable steps to support reductions in depressive symptoms and build confidence in daily functioning. Participants will learn to recognize triggers and develop practical, action-oriented coping strategies.
Participants: Adults ages 18 to 59
Cost: Insurance and self-pay
When: Virtual every other Tuesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m., starting June 16 and ending September 22, 2026.
Facilitator:
Dayla Patterson, LMFT, provides compassionate and personalized mental health care to adults and seniors across California.
