Caroline Byron, PsyD, LCP
Dr. Byron has been working for Lifestance since 2017. She balances her time between the integrated care setting for the Milford Regional Physicians Group and the outpatient setting in the Needham office. She employs a humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach to her work with adults 18 years and older. She has diverse trainings in numerous evidence-based treatment approaches and utilizes this to formulate unique treatment plans for each of her patients. Dr. Byron graduated from Boston College with a master’s in mental health counseling followed by a doctorate in clinical psychology from William James. Dr. Byron is currently the facilitator for the Emotional Wellness for Adults group which is a tele-health only group focused on building and developing skills from a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) model.

Jason Madden, MSW, LICSW
Jai Madden, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker providing individualized and culturally competent care to individuals across Massachusetts. With a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, Jai helps clients navigate life’s challenges by fostering resilience, self-efficacy, and emotional well-being. He creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and validated, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through both individual and group therapy, he supports adults and older adults seeking guidance for anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Jai is especially passionate about addressing issues of racial trauma, anti-racism, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is committed to helping clients process the effects of systemic oppression, navigate identity-related stressors, and build self-empowerment in the face of adversity. His compassionate and affirming approach ensures that individuals from marginalized communities receive the support they deserve in a therapeutic space that acknowledges their lived experiences. Jai specializes in working with individuals facing midlife and later-life transitions, grief, and medical-related psychological concerns. He has extensive experience supporting men’s mental health, helping clients work through societal expectations, emotional regulation, and identity challenges. Additionally, he provides tailored care for individuals with ADHD and those navigating gender identity concerns. Jai serves a diverse range of populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and those connected to adoption and foster care. His holistic perspective integrates therapy with practical strategies, parenting skills training, and community resource connections. Jai’s experience spans multiple settings, including residential programs for adolescents on the autism spectrum, school-based counseling, child welfare services, inpatient and emergency room social work, and private practice. He is committed to continuous professional development to ensure his clients receive the most effective and up-to-date support. Outside of his clinical work, Jai enjoys dancing and engaging in activities that promote self-expression and joy.
