Our Adults with ADHD Group Therapy offers a welcoming environment to explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of ADHD, and develop effective coping strategies.
Join us for open discussions on how ADHD impacts daily life, including work, relationships, and time management. Together, we’ll share insights, support each other, and build practical skills to navigate life more effectively.
Weekly topics include:
Week 1: What is ADHD?
Week 2: Treatment Options
Week 3: Time Management
Week 4: Organization
Week 5: Cognitive Distortions
Week 6: Managing Money
Week 7: Successful Relationships
Week 8: Succeeding at Work and College
Participants: Men and women ages 18+, who have an official diagnosis of ADHD; Up to 10 individuals may participate.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Ohio

Facilitators:
Kara Freeman is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
Catherine Donatelli is a registered Counselor Trainee with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
