I cannot say enough great things! So far I’ve had two visits with my PMHNP, Emily, and she’s been amazing. She’s been diving into a more holistic approach with me and it means a lot to have someone who actually listens and does not make me feel judged. I have upcoming therapy sessions to help me manage my adhd and anxiety and I’m sure that will go well too! I’m very thankful for Lifestance!
