I’ve been in and out of therapy for most of my life, and it’s truly helped me through some incredibly difficult times. When we relocated to Maryland, I had to start over with a new provider. My primary care doctor recommended LifeStance, and I’m so glad they did. Finding a telehealth therapist that takes tricare was extremely difficult. Finally being able to get in to someone without a 6 month wait has been great. The therapist I’ve been seeing has years of experience and great bedside manner as well. I have no complaints.
