I was very nervous for my appointment, but was pleasantly surprised. I felt that it was made easy and I felt that my provider wanted to ensure all of my concerns were documented as accurately as possible. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing I will be receiving the help I need. From the very beginning setting up an appointment was made easy! Overall a good experience. I relate to my therapist and feel we are a good fit. Was a little confused at first re the waiting room. It seemed bleak and cold. Sign of the times. Unfortunately, after 6 visits I was notified that I could no longer see my therapist because she didn't accept my insurance. Feeling discouraged to start over. Seems they would have known that before giving me an appointment let alone 6!

I’ve been in therapy for over 13 years, and I recently switched insurance and started therapy through LifeStance. So far my new therapist has been the absolute best therapist I have ever had! I am extremely grateful to have started therapy with her. I highly recommend trying out therapy through LifeStance, because they truly have therapists who actually care about their patients.

The doctor have been great I struggle to connect with the service at first. Had to change doctors due to missed communication. Now I have a good doctor but have to to travel approximately 60 plus miles to see her in person. May need to start with another doctor. I get multiple notices regarding up coming appointments. It gets confusing.
