Katie Roth has worked in a variety of clinical settings over the past 17 years, including community clinics, LDS Family Services, a crisis center, and public schools. She has presented to various companies on suicide prevention, sat on adoption panels, and has been a featured speaker at different rehabilitation centers across Utah. She has also helped train police officers regarding various mental health issues to prepare them to qualify for their Crisis Intervention Team certifications. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Brigham Young University, and works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, as well as issues arising from substance abuse, divorce, and other life transitions. She utilizes a warm and person-centered approach and believes that healing is a collaborative effort that requires honest caring without judgement. As an infant Katie was adopted by a very loving Utah family. Her adopted upbringing has allowed her to develop a unique and compassionate skill set, which she uses to connect with her clients and move them towards healing. She has a passion for nature, music, yoga and traveling, which are all ingredients to maintaining self-love and health in her personal life.
