Young Women’s Self Esteem Group in Ohio
Navigating adulthood can feel overwhelming at times, and you deserve a space where you feel supported and understood.
Group Overview:
This group is designed for women ages 18–36 who want to build confidence, strengthen communication, and find meaningful support from peers who understand.
In this group, you will:
- Develop authentic confidence and self-worth
- Identify and challenge negative self-talk, comparison, and perfectionism
- Strengthen boundaries and practice assertive communication
- Explore identity, body image, career, and relationships with greater confidence
- Build connections within a supportive community of women
Together, we’ll create a safe and empowering space to share experiences, learn skills, and support one another through life’s challenges.
Participants: Young women ages 18-36 struggling with negative self-talk, confidence, and boundaries
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: Virtual Sessions Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m., starting January 7 and ending March 25, 2026

Anny Smith, LSW, provides compassionate and individualized mental health care, focusing on meeting clients where they are with an open-minded and empathetic approach.
