UPDATE - hard to believe last review was 5 years ago! Wow!! Originally it was PsychBC, now it's Lifestance. I've also had a change in provider as my previous therapist is no longer there. My new Psych RN is Anna Cherri and she is AWESOME. She genuinely cares and digs for the needed information for an accurate assessment and prescription. She listens and takes the time needed to evaluate current condition. Her patience is kind of uncommon for the medical field, a lot of places make you feel like they have a quota to meet!! I think it's been a year or so since the switch, but I'm so fortunate to connect with another staff member at a level of comfort I appreciate. Looks like last time I rated a 4, going for 5 now! Only 2 visits in, but so far Psychbc appears to be a good choice for me. The front desk staff has always been helpful and courteous. Dr. Mattern was very extensive in my initial evaluation, taking the time to listen to my concerns that covers many years in our allotted time. She focused on the best treatment to provide some immediate relief for my symptoms. The next appointment she again was very thorough and attentive to my concerns and tweaked my regimen to shoot for continued improvement.

I’ve been a patient at life stands for about two months. I’ve had a positive experience and recently went through ADHD testing with Angela. She was really patient and kind. I’ve really been struggling with this, especially since I lost my mother last May. I did not know what was wrong with me, which was causing anxiety and depression. When Angela took the time in the testing to explain some of my symptoms and that it was not my fault, really went a long way. I had been in a vicious spiral, The inability to focus, the losing things Which was causing me to question what was wrong with me that created additional anxiety and depression? I ended up leaving feeling a lot better about myself. Angela really took the time to explain everything.

I love life stance. I truly believe it has saved my life. I loved the therapist that I used to have, although are no longer there, I absolutely adore my doctor, Deborah McKee. She is quite amazing and very patient and very educational and very supportive. I owe a lot to her and two life stance so thank you guys and keep up the great work! Thank you again so much Dr McKee!

Michelle is excellent!! She is extremely knowledgeable, listens well, & explains things! I feel safe with her overseeing my care. Appointment availability is good. I love that I don’t have to go to the office, that I can do Telehealth. The system is very quick & easy to use. All the people that I have spoken to have been more than friendly and helpful. My Dr is really nice and tries hard to find out what I need or what would work best for me. Overall. It’s a very good company to do business with.

I had a great experience with Dr. Michele Sikorski. She really listened to the issues I have been having and worked with me to come up with a solution. I appreciate that she spent time learning about who I am as a whole person and provided education about the meds she was going to prescribe and why she was prescribing them.
