I’ve been in Psychiatric and non Psychiatric therapy for a long time. A long time being 20+ years, jeez I’m not as old as it sounds 😁 I’m 56 (ugh). The monthly meeting with Amber Comeau has and still is always, my best and MOST helpful therapy experience EVER. Here is why… There isn’t one thing she doesn’t know about or ask about me. She always knows and does ask about the important/necessary things that need help and work. She always, in a very kind, calming way asks of other things that are going well. I won’t ever not continue to have an appt once a month. I always did before, not now. Lifestance staff always is kind, easy too! Important for me as I’m not a technology person, 😞. Lifestance Health providers have been the best mental health providers in the greater Boston Area for my family. Once an established patient it is very easy to book and appointment and found it easy to establish rapport with my families providers My only gripe is their online platform. It has in my opinion poor user interface and how to find certain parts of it doesnt make sense to the user. The formatting of the messages from patient to provider always looks wonky. Additionally, when confirming appointments on the website, it goes to schedule apt, which is not a feature offered at my site. Would be happy to clarify further if needed.

LifeStance has been wonderful to work with. So easy to schedule appointments, and my provider Amber Comeau was kind, courteous, and thoughtful about my treatment plan. The online help personnel always reply quickly and go above and beyond to solve any confusion with the pharmacy, often without me needing to ask. I have recommended this facility to many friends who have had similar experiences!

My sessions have been great! I am provided with so many resources and challenged in my thinking. My only gripe would be with the online platform. It’s great to have things accessible but it’s challenging to contact billing. Additionally, the process for joining sessions has changed.
