Getting back into therapy with a new therapist was scary for me…. But I have to say the Intake Specialist at LifeStance helped guide me to the perfect choice…. Only two sessions in and Roberta, my new therapist, is already giving me great tools to help me. Well, at first it didn’t go so well. A staff member no showed me during a really crucial moment. The very same day the manager of the team called me and sorted everything out as much as she could for me, and set me up right away with a new person and when that day came it went absolutely fantastic.
