Aimee Yeager is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University. Aimee brings with her about 11 years of mental health experience in different roles and community-based programs around Cincinnati. She strives for antiracism and social equity within her practice. Aimee is passionate about helping her clients to connect to their own values, personal strengths, and community/family resources to cope with life’s challenges. Aimee has experience in treating peripartum/postpartum mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, and adolescent mood disorders. She does her best to match interventions with her clients’ unique needs, including skills from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Processing, and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Outside of work, Aimee volunteers time at their local “Covunity” fridge – a mutual aid project seeking to increase food access in Covington, KY. She loves good food, exploring new places, watching movies, and quality time with family and friends.
