Jack Bailey, Psychiatry Resident, helps individuals in New Hampshire navigate life’s mental health challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care. Serving patients across the Granite State, he works closely with adolescents, teens, and adults to address a range of mental health concerns, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique goals and needs of the person. Whether a patient is facing anxiety, depression, or struggling with a major life transition, Dr. Bailey provides a supportive environment focused on healing and personal growth. Dr. Bailey offers individual therapy and medication management with a clinical focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into treatment, helping patients build practical coping strategies that support lasting change. His approach is collaborative and empowering, making space for each person’s lived experience while guiding them through their therapeutic journey with clarity and respect. In addition to his broader clinical expertise, Dr. Bailey is particularly passionate about working with individuals navigating complex health concerns, psychosis/schizophrenia, and sleep disorders. His experience in health psychology allows him to support patients dealing with co-occurring medical conditions and the psychological impact of chronic illness. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, he helps individuals manage both physical and emotional well-being, promoting holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of needs. Dr. Bailey also offers affirming care for individuals on the Autism spectrum and those within the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of his clinical work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and family on the beaches of New England, watching college football, and exploring new restaurants
