My name is Hai Trinh. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been practicing as PMHNP-BC since 2020. I have completed a four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program offered by the University of Texas – Houston School of Nursing, from which I graduated in 2005. Then, I completed a two-year Master of Science in Nursing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Walden University – Minnesota, and graduated on May 12, 2019. I believe in providing safe, quality, affordable mental health care with effective medication management and psychotherapy services, immediate in-person appointments in Houston, and online virtual assessments throughout Texas. After a sterile detailed review and psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, I will provide you with a customized treatment plan appropriate for you. My main areas of focus include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, sleep disorder, bipolar disorders, stress, and other mental disorders. Commute to any facility can be a deal breaker. This place was convenient to get to. Right off toll road/249. Free/easy parking. Walked inside the building and there was the LifeStance office. After checking in, which went smoothly I was greeted by Hai ( whom was who I was there to see). Hai is a great listener. Soft spoken, compassionate individuals who appears to care about your overall brain health. I used to have a previous psychiatrist that would not respond even when I was hospitalized and had severe side effects. Ever since seeing Mr. Trinh I have been shocked by how he calls me every time I message him on the patient portal and makes sure he adjusts any medications and see how I'm doing. He encourages me and goes outside of his profession to do so which is very kind of him. He is authentic and makes sure I am getting the correct doses. He makes you feel like a person and respects you. I am very happy with Mr. Trinh!

I've only recently started my healing journey, but Dr. Hai Trinh was able to immediately prescribe the right medications for my anxiety. It's been one and a half months, but I can think clearly and I don't feel nauseous doing errands in crowded areas anymore. I feel relieved that I didn't have to constantly switch anxiety meds to find the right one like I've done so in the past. He seems very knowledgeable about the chemistry behind prescriptions ^-^

I highly, (highly) recommend Hai Trinh, he is a wonderful person and very knowledgeable in his field, not to mention he is HILARIOUS and that is important for me as his patient, especiallyin this field. He is able to connect to his clients and make them feel comfortable while being a professional. I recommend this provider as he is a phenomenal psychiatric professional.

We have been very blessed to have found NP Hai Trinh for our daughter. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients and is focused on taking the time to prescribe the right meds and making adjustments when needed. LifeStance was very quick to understand my problems and get me the help I’ve been needing for a long time.
