Dr. Haley B. Holm is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in pediatric neuropsychological evaluation. Dr. Holm assesses concerns with children’s development, thinking, learning, and overall functioning. Her patient population includes infants, toddlers, school-age children/adolescents, and young adults. She conducts comprehensive evaluations to help understand a child’s cognitive strengths and weaknesses, clarify diagnoses, and inform intervention recommendations. She has expertise in the evaluation of children with complex medical and neurological histories known to impact brain development. She also has experience in assessment of neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities.

Dr. Holm’s training is consistent with the Houston Conference guidelines for specialty training in Clinical Neuropsychology. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her doctorate in Medical/Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her doctoral internship at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. She then completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Throughout her training, she has worked in a variety of outpatient and inpatient clinical settings, including specialized pediatric hospitals, multi-disciplinary clinics, developmental disability clinics, and rehabilitation programs. She has training and experience in understanding how various medical conditions affect the brain, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion, stroke, epilepsy, premature birth, genetic disorders, neuro-immunological disorders, congenital heart disease, Type I diabetes, and solid organ transplant.
