As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the State of New Jersey and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I enjoy working with diverse individuals and couples with varying socio-economic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. It is my privilege to assist clients in developing a higher level of self-awareness and trust in themselves, others, and their therapist. I work from a strength-based approach. I believe there is no one theoretical orientation that fits all clients, so together we explore the most effective way to accomplish goals, complement cultural considerations, and maximize growth during the therapeutic process.

My experience began with Family and Marriage counseling while obtaining my doctorate in Clinical Christian Counseling, working with clients who desired a faith-based and therapeutic approach to their life’s challenges. I continued my studies by obtaining my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. It is my responsibility to help support growth as a therapist, challenge decision-making, and assist in determining current goals by helping to problem solve. By working with all communities and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude during the therapeutic process, we establish respect and positive regard for one another. As a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP), I work with individuals and couples to cultivate a sex positive perspective with themselves and their partner.

When I am not curled up with a book or watching a good movie, I enjoy traveling with family and friends and planning our next adventure. Clinical services in New Jersey are provided by New Jersey Behavioral Health LLC.
