Life Stance is amazing. I was seeking talk therapy to address years of trauma that had been suppressed and wanted real professionalism. I found that and more through Ms. N. Jemison and Ms. K. Boylston. Two phenomenal women who listened effectively and weren't judgemental as my previous counselor was. I asked for spiritually grounded, understanding, and compassionate people who would relate to my experiences. I have formed a tight bond between the two and after the first couple of visits, it became as if I were talking to my best friends. They've assisted me through grief, after the loss of my mom and brother, identity theft and all of the lives that I was instrumental in helping transition to the Lord, via hospice. I would encourage anyone who is truly honest with themselves and are struggling with life challenges and and changes to seek assistance with Life Stance, it will help you heal.

Zain Choudhry MD is an excellent provider in Psychiatry. He works with me to manage my condition with medication management, education, and encourages me in the pursuit of optimal health to improve my quality of life. He has been trustworthy, kind, and truly cares about my well being. Though he is very busy, he has a very good staff that a patient can call to get a refill, ask a medical question, or relay a message to Dr. Choudhey if you have a need before you next med management appointment. Together with my therapist, I feel I have a silid and effective team that helps me manage my condition.

Booking is user-friendly, pay online about an hour in advance of the appointment. Multiple reminders is mildly annoying but effective / I won’t forget an appointment. Receptionist has a high- volume phone call responsibility; a sign-in sheet would be nice so I can simply give my name on paper and sit down instead of waiting until she finishes her call. I do check in online so maybe it’s not necessary however, the signs in the waiting room say that I should check in. It feels like the right thing to do to write my name somewhere when I arrive even if it’s just my first name or initials.

I love talking to my doctor Zain from lifestance therapeutic and psychiatrists in Taylor Michigan. They are really great they don't try to push a lot of medication on you they try to help you the best they can.
