This was my first time seeking professional help, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Alison is an incredible listener who offers thoughtful, compassionate, and practical advice. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. She has helped me work through difficult times with a kind, understanding approach, and each session leaves me in a much better headspace. Alison has also provided me with effective techniques and tools to navigate my current obstacles and fears, which has made a real difference in my daily life. We have very similar views on things that make it easy for her to understand and offer the right advise to help. I highly recommend Alison to anyone considering therapy—you will not be disappointed.

Alison is an amazing therapist and i highly recommend her. She is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She actively talks with you vs other therapists who primarily listen and do the “how does this make you feel.” She and i share the same views in many things and this makes it easier to talk about because I’m sharing with someone with the same or similar knowledge.
